- All bookings are initially set to "Reserved" and must be paid at our ticketing desks at least 2 hours before departure; hence, unpaid reservations will be automatically cancelled.
- Rebooking is subject to availability and may incur additional charges.
- Please ensure all passenger details, especially names and dates of birth, are correct.
- Senior Citizens, PWDs, and Students must present valid IDs to avail the discounted fares.
- In case of trip cancellations due to force majeure, paid customers will be entitled to a full refund or rebooking without charges.
- Customers who failed to board will not be entitled to a refund but may rebook the ticket with a corresponding no-show and rebooking fees.
